Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a proactive Sales & Legal Operations Specialist to join a growing AI startup. In this client-facing role, you will directly manage enterprise contracts, negotiate risk-related clauses with major institutions, and serve as a trusted point of contact.
What You'll Do
- Review and manage contracts using existing templates.
- Support negotiations and amendments with large institutions, primarily universities.
- Ensure compliance with NDAs and risk-related clauses.
- Coordinate client follow-ups and keep contract workflows organized.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, clearly explaining contractual terms.
- Participate in client calls and formal presentations.
- Proactively improve internal processes with a startup mindset.
What We're Looking For
- Strong contract and compliance experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident communicator comfortable working with external stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, self-starter adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to work an Eastern Time zone schedule.
- Residency in a Latin American (LATAM) country.

- A legal background, such as being an attorney or paralegal in your home country.

- Compensation of $4,000 per month (USD).
