SIGNUM Warenwirtschaftssysteme GmbH is hiring a Sales Lead Non-Fashion ERP to drive growth in our core market. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the Non-Fashion retail sector, advising business leaders on digitalization opportunities, and guiding prospects through the entire sales process for our specialized inventory management systems.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers in the Non-Fashion retail sector for our software solutions.
- Conduct needs analyses with prospects and develop tailored ERP solution concepts.
- Advise decision-makers such as owners, managers, and senior employees on digitalization possibilities for inventory management.
- Represent the company and present our software solutions on-site or online.
- Create offers, calculations, and contract documents in coordination with sales management.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Consulting teams to plan and implement customer onboarding.
- Observe market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and risks in the Non-Fashion retail sector.
What We're Looking For
- A successful sales track record selling inventory management, POS, or ERP systems specifically to the Non-Fashion retail sector.
- Profound interest in IT and the digitalization and optimization of commercial retail processes.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of building relationships.

- An engaged team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
- High overall commitment and willingness to travel as required by customer appointments.
- Good spoken and written German language skills.
