Sapiens was looking for a Sales Executive, Reinsurance

Sapiens is hiring a Sales Executive, Reinsurance to drive new software and services revenue within the Reinsurance (RI) market. You will manage the strategy and end-to-end sales cycle for the Sapiens RI Suite, targeting a range of carriers from Tier 1 to 4.

What You'll Do

  • Win new logo deals and cross-sell solutions to existing accounts.
  • Enhance the sales pipeline for both the current and next fiscal year.
  • Develop, promote, and execute sales strategies within assigned accounts and territories.
  • Build relationships at all levels, including C-level, business, and IT stakeholders.
  • Act as a consultative partner to carriers, proactively addressing their current and future needs.
  • Understand reinsurance industry trends and articulate the Sapiens value proposition.
  • Master and promote solution differentiators.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market influences.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Consistently build and maintain a deep pipeline through cold calling, lead generation partnerships, campaigns, trade shows, and networking.
  • Utilize established sales methodologies and best practices to increase win rates.
  • Lead, coordinate, and influence all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on sales strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate contract negotiations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the Sales CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in a sales role specifically for Reinsurance solutions.
  • Proven experience selling into large and specialty carriers.
  • A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of carrier workflows and the ability to translate company systems into client solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute responsibilities with sound business ethics.
  • High-energy, self-starter attitude.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in technology, engineering, marketing, or a business-related field; related work experience may be substituted.
  • Willingness to travel regularly as required.

Team & Environment

You will communicate and work with many internal stakeholders, including Product, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Sales teams.
