U.S. Bank is seeking a Sales Executive - Payment Services to lead a team responsible for selling merchant payment products and services within a defined region or industry segment on the West Coast. You will set bold goals, craft winning strategies, and build lasting relationships while helping customers make better financial decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a high-performing sales staff, guiding them to deliver innovative products and services.
  • Drive sales directly and through your team to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Implement strategies to meet budget targets and manage the annual budget.
  • Build strong customer relationships and demonstrate effective customer service skills.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop partnerships with industry associations.
  • Train, motivate, and provide daily leadership to your staff.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 10 or more years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Considerable knowledge of sales and sales strategies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills.
  • Effective customer service/relations skills.
  • Considerable knowledge of banking products/services, banking operations, and current market trends.

You will lead a team responsible for selling merchant payment products and services on the West Coast.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
