About the Role

Ingram Micro is looking for a Sales Executive - Microsoft Services to drive depth and breadth across a category solution and our existing partner base. You will leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities and deliver on our business goals. Your focus will be on cultivating strong relationships, identifying new business, and executing strategies to retain and expand market share.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a category strategy to drive growth and new business development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partners, including strategic partnerships and end-customer acquisition.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and strategic partners.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product management, and operations to align strategies.
  • Engage directly with key existing customers to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Work with the product management team to identify opportunities for product expansion or development.
  • Drive insights and actions for reseller partners and vendors using the Xvantage platform.
  • Focus on a category/portfolio of vendors to build a full solution.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of six years previous strategic, outside sales, or account management experience (preferably in a related industry), or four years of technology/distribution experience in a sales or customer service capacity.
  • Ability to travel and conduct in-person customer engagements on a regular basis is required.

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
