About the Role

Sportradar is hiring a Sales Executive Lead to spearhead our entry and expansion into the iGaming market. In this role, you will lead sales activity and business development for Sportradar's expanded portfolio, including slots, virtual gaming, platforms, gamification tools, and AI-powered services. Your primary objective is to secure significant recurring investment and build long-term strategic partnerships within the global iGaming ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Lead consultative conversations with iGaming stakeholders to demonstrate how Sportradar can fuel their business growth.
  • Own and drive the sales process for securing major recurring investment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and prospecting through pitching, commitment, and contracting.
  • Build a robust pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and ensure long-term growth through recurring partnerships.
  • Support product teams to optimize services from a sales perspective and help shape the go-to-market narrative.
  • Define, test, and optimize business and pricing models for client appeal and company profitability.
  • Collaborate within the global sales team, sharing best practices to help establish and evolve the iGaming department.
  • Actively engage in the iGaming ecosystem, interact with key players, and build deep understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Represent the division and company externally at events and meetings.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

What We're Looking For

  • A broad international network of decision-makers within the iGaming industry.
  • A proven track record in sales, building strategic partnerships, establishing new business pipelines, and fostering long-term relationships with major blue-chip clients.
  • Strong background in sales and proven success in establishing new business.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Understanding of iGaming business models and the broader iGaming industry.
  • A thought leader who attends industry events, networks with stakeholders, and represents Sportradar as a trusted partner.

Nice to Have

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience selling iGaming content, including slots, virtual gaming, and gaming platforms.

You will be an integral part of Sportradar's global sales team, collaborating with a highly motivated group to launch this new business venture.
