About the Role

Oscar Health is looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth for our Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) products. In this role, you will act as a first point of contact for prospects, educating the market on ICHRA benefits while identifying and converting employers to the individual market to drive Oscar enrollment. You’ll be part of our mission to change health care.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target employers, brokers, and agencies.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads.
  • Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads after understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Represent the product at events and conferences as needed, which may require evening or weekend hours.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement in tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a sales role or sales organization.
  • 2+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be a licensed insurance professional or obtain within the first 90 days.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
