FreightTAS LLC is looking for a Sales Executive to drive profitable new business through consultative, solutions-based selling across our full suite of global logistics and supply chain services. We are a privately held, financially strong company known for our ethics and operational reliability.
What You'll Do
- Sell core freight forwarding services including international & domestic air and ocean freight, FTL, LTL, cross-dock, distribution, and import/export with customs brokerage.
- Sell warehousing & fulfillment services including bonded and FTZ services, storage, inventory management, pick/pack/ship, kitting, labeling, e-commerce fulfillment, and Amazon FBA/FBM support.
- Sell specialized services including expedited/time-definite shipping, white-glove handling, high-value handling, project cargo, and temperature-controlled cargo.
- Target high-value verticals such as Automotive, AI/High-tech, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Government/DOD, Medical devices, Retail/cosmetics, and high-value commodities.
- Sell digital & technology solutions including shipment management platforms, API/EDI integration, and client-specific workflow customization.
- Diagnose customer needs and design customized logistics solutions through consultative selling.
- Build and maintain loyal, portable client relationships.
- Execute a clear prospecting strategy including cold calling, cadence, and vertical targeting.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting with strong discipline.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of successful freight forwarding sales experience.
- Ability to demonstrate true account portability and retention.
- Must be accurate — no inflated performance claims.
- Must be currently employed in a logistics sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrates integrity, commitment, and passion.
- For remote roles: requires $2M+ annual GP.
