Lead sales initiatives for Identity Security solutions as a fluent Turkish-speaking Sales Executive. You'll manage the entire sales process—from initial discovery to closing—while working closely with virtual teams to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
- Drive full-cycle sales by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Deliver tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning them with strategic product capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to execute joint plans and expand market reach.
- Coordinate technical demonstrations and coordinate resources to showcase platform advantages over competitors like Okta, Microsoft, and Saviynt.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and forecasting tools, ensuring visibility and accountability across the pipeline.
- Develop territory and opportunity plans that outline clear next steps and strategic engagement approaches.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive decision-makers, to advance deals and build long-term relationships.
- Partner with post-sales teams to ensure smooth transitions and identify expansion opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to lead discovery calls, qualify prospects, and position complex solutions effectively.
- Strong understanding of competitive identity and access management platforms.
- Experience selling in team-oriented environments, acting as the central point of coordination across presales, partners, and services.
- Skill in building accountability and driving execution across distributed teams.
- Ability to create strategic plans and refine approaches with leadership input.
- Fluency in Turkish is required, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field is preferred.
Tools & Environment
You’ll work with Salesforce, Clari, and HighSpot to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and access enablement content. The role operates in a hybrid model based in Austin, TX, with around 50% annual travel expected.
