Paired was looking for a Sales Executive - Events / Hospitality Sales Executive fo US-based company

Paired is seeking a Sales Executive – Events / Hospitality to drive sales for our client’s events and hospitality services within the US market. You will focus on developing strategic sales plans, building a robust pipeline, and nurturing client relationships to create unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets in the events and hospitality sector.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, maintain relationships, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the events industry.
  • Nurture client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and expand the business network.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
