Head Hunter is looking for a Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from discovery call to close. You will convert pre-qualified meetings into paying clients and consistently hit monthly targets.
What You'll Do
- Run 6-10 discovery calls per day with pre-qualified prospects
- Present our service, handle objections, and close deals
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline
- Send proposals and follow up to close
- Hit monthly target of 20+ deals closed
- Work closely with BDRs to ensure lead quality and feedback loop
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in a closing role (not just lead gen)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Confident on video calls, sharp objection handling, consultative selling approach
- HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM experience
- Self-motivated, competitive, resilient - thrive on targets
Nice to Have
- Staffing, recruitment, SaaS, advertising, marketing, or professional services experience a plus
