About the Role

What You'll Do

Shape the future of global sales by designing and refining an integrated operating model that spans planning, execution, and performance tracking. Establish standardized processes that maintain global consistency while allowing flexibility for regional and business-specific needs.

Enhance core sales functions including pipeline oversight, forecasting precision, deal evaluation, and account planning. Implement structured management rhythms and governance frameworks to improve transparency and accountability across geographies and units.

Lead the evolution of the global sales technology stack—encompassing CRM, ERP, analytics, and AI-powered tools—ensuring alignment, data integrity, and user adoption. Deliver executive-grade insights through dashboards that enable faster, more informed decisions.

Translate strategic objectives into actionable sales plans, working closely with commercial, finance, IT, and business leaders. Drive large-scale transformations by embedding practical methodologies, playbooks, and performance systems that foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree and bring 15+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or commercial leadership roles
  • Have at least 10 years leading distributed teams and influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations
  • Demonstrate proven success improving forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and growth performance
  • Possess deep knowledge of CRM platforms, sales methodologies, performance analytics, and process design
  • Show a track record in managing enterprise change initiatives and driving adoption without direct authority
  • Exhibit strong executive communication skills and the ability to navigate global, matrixed environments
  • Be prepared for regular international travel, approximately 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence frameworks is highly valued
  • Background in Transmission & Distribution markets is advantageous
