About the role ✨ In this position, you will... • Function as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle: Collaborate closely with Account Executives during discovery calls, site visits, demonstrations, and Request for Proposal processes. • Interpret client requirements: Evaluate operational challenges and technical specifications, transforming them into customized solutions utilizing Spare's platform. • Conduct impactful demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs): Design, prepare, and execute personalized product presentations, simulations, and sandbox exercises that effectively illustrate Spare's solution alignment. • Spearhead technical responses: Support answering and validating technical RFP components, prepare for interviews, and represent Spare as the technical lead in client interactions. • Cultivate comprehensive product expertise: Establish and maintain robust technical understanding of Spare's platform, including its strengths, limitations, and key value propositions. • Engage cross-functionally: Serve as a subject matter expert for Growth and Marketing teams, contributing to feature testing and prospect-driven feature requests. • Understand competitive landscape: Develop and maintain awareness of competitors' offerings to strategically position Spare's solutions during sales cycles. • Establish Rapport: Create strong, trust-based client relationships through clear, confident communication and consistently positive demeanor. • Remain product-connected: Support 1-2 ongoing client implementations to deepen product expertise and maintain first-hand understanding of customer needs and product performance. • Travel strategically: Travel approximately 30% of the time to client sites for evaluations, demonstrations, and onsite support.
