About the Role

Kojo is looking for a Sales Engineer to serve as a strategic technical partner throughout the sales cycle. You will help prospects understand how Kojo fits into their ecosystem and solves their operational challenges, partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do

  • Present compelling product demonstrations that require technical support and integrations scoping alongside Account Executives.
  • Deeply understand customer pain points and translate them into tailored solutions using Kojo’s technical advantages.
  • Advise prospective customers on how best to utilize Kojo’s features to accomplish their goals.
  • Develop creative solutions to address as many customer requirements as possible.
  • Evaluate and document unmet customer requirements and communicate these opportunities to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and integrate new developments into sales narratives and demo flows.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to deliver technical enablement, sales training, and product updates to the wider GTM organization.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for demo environments to accurately reflect our solutions' capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Account Executive in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to lead product demos and technical discovery within organizations generating $5MM to $1B in revenue.
  • Track record of success as a communicator, translating technical requirements into business impact during customer demos.
  • Excellent sales instincts and the ability to align technical details to value and urgency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of complex workstreams and independently drive them to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Expectation of less than 10% travel for on-site client meetings and trade shows.

  • Experience within the construction technology space.

Team & Environment

You will partner across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, reporting into the Sales Engineer organization.

  • Base salary range of $120,000-$180,000 commensurate with experience.

Work Mode

This is a global role open to candidates in North and South America.
