Johnson Controls Inc. is hiring a Sales Engineer to provide critical sales support and project management for fire protection systems in the Busan, Gyeongnam, Ulsan, and Jeju regions. Your role will focus on securing and managing order projects while ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Handle sales support tasks for order projects, including site management and client engagement.
- Manage sales support for the Install Business market, focusing on replacement projects for existing fire systems.
- Review project drawings and prepare quantity calculations, coordinating with the estimation team as needed.
- Prepare and submit detailed quotations for materials and labor costs.
- Prepare contract documents, register client business partners, and conduct specifications meetings.
- Create manufacturing drawings, initiate construction, and coordinate material procurement and delivery.
- Manage billing for delivered materials and completed work stages.
- Conduct and respond to material inspections with project inspectors.
- Manage fire station completion inspections and submit required reports to obtain certificates.
- Support broader sales management tasks, including client relationship development.
What We're Looking For
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for majors in Electrical, Electrical Facilities, Electronic Engineering, or Fire Protection.
- Fire Protection Equipment Engineer certification (Mechanical or Electrical track).
- 2+ years of experience at an inspection company or design office.
- A candidate with the potential to grow into broader sales responsibilities.
Work Mode
This is a local, city-based role requiring regular travel and client visits within the Busan, Gyeongnam, Ulsan, and Jeju regions.
