What You'll Do
Take ownership of your sales targets by applying technical expertise to design solutions that meet specific customer needs. You'll prepare detailed quotations and manage tender processes, negotiating terms to align with both client expectations and company objectives.
Ensure every sales order moves smoothly into execution by completing Project Specification Sheets and coordinating handover to the Project Department. Work closely with Product Management and other internal teams to support contract finalization and maintain alignment across departments.
Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and project details in the Customer Relationship Management (Siebel) system, Project Management database, and PROISO platform. Conduct periodic market research to track industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activity, using insights to refine your approach.
Monitor customer accounts for payment timelines and follow up as needed to support timely collections. Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Meet annual sales budgets as defined by company planning and stay informed about relevant ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales with a technical product focus
- Strong understanding of quotation and tender processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Siebel
- Experience working with project management and compliance databases
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Ability to collaborate across departments to support sales execution and project delivery
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
