Sales Director (Industry Sales)

Position Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role is responsible for expanding organizational reach by growing membership within a defined market segment. This is an evergreen posting considering candidates across various experience levels.
Our Sales team focuses on two primary functions - Health System and Industry sales. This specific opportunity concentrates on selling to Pharmaceutical and Medical Device healthcare industry companies.
Primary Job Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans within assigned prospect pool
- Drive revenue growth through new member acquisition, prioritizing multi-year large contracts
- Conduct consultative presentations to educate prospective members
- Develop and nurture relationships with executive-level audiences
- Leverage market segment understanding to map organizational solutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate business development
- Support lead generation and pipeline development
- Facilitate smooth business handoffs to Account Management team
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-7 years complex, consultative sales experience
- Healthcare industry knowledge
- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals
- Salesforce experience preferred

Physical Demands:

Benefits and Compensation:

Performance-based commission structure available.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD
