About the Role

Scout Motors is hiring a Sales Director to spearhead growth in North America. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bringing in new customers, and building strong relationships. Your focus will be owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and launching deals.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing and launching deals.
  • Conduct research to identify target accounts and how to win budgets.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring honest communication and outstanding delivery.
  • Represent Jampp at key industry events and conferences (20% travel expected).
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, and global Sales peers.
  • Proactively tackle challenges to strengthen the Jampp brand in North America.
  • Drive Jampp initiatives locally, tracking results and providing feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • Detailed understanding of the Adtech / mobile advertising ecosystem.
  • Strong network of app advertisers and agencies.
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts.
  • +5 years sales experience and proven track record exceeding quota in SaaS or media sales.
  • Analytical ability to manage complex pricing, performance and incrementality considerations.
  • Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively.

Nice to Have

  • A technical (engineering, math, science) degree.
  • Spanish language skills.

Team & Environment

You will join the NAM Sales team, part of our Global Sales team. You will work closely with Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, and global Sales peers.
