Lola Blankets is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This role offers the chance to be a key player in expanding our customer base.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify potential customers through research and outbound outreach
- Qualify inbound leads to determine fit and readiness for sales engagement
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in our CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in sales development, lead generation, or a similar outbound role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive phone and email presence
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline
