The Sales Development Representative (Setter) at Acquisition.com is responsible for generating qualified sales appointments through high-volume outbound calling and managing the early stages of the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for driven individuals seeking fast career growth within a performance-focused sales culture that promotes from within.
What You'll Do
- Work with high work ethic (Monday-Saturday)
- Follow our proven sales process
- Train with your coach daily
- Make 200+ dials per day
- Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
- Complete admin work for data collection
- Be a team player
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must live in one of the states we’re registered to operate in: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA

- $65,000 Base Salary with uncapped commission (OTE $75k - $85k)
