Scale Army is hiring a part-time, fully remote Appointment Setting Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth for a digital ad agency. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting to identify and schedule qualified appointments with marketing decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Run and manage pre-written outbound campaigns across email, SMS, and cold calls.
- Monitor engagement metrics like opens, clicks, and replies, sharing insights with your manager.
- Suggest optimizations to campaigns based on performance data.
- Log detailed records and maintain lead status in the CRM.
- Identify and research leads across target verticals including furniture, real estate, healthcare, and retail.
- Enrich lead data with company size and decision-maker contact information.
- Stay current with industry trends to personalize your outreach messaging.
- Ask targeted questions to qualify leads against ideal customer criteria.
- Schedule discovery calls or demos for the strategy and sales teams.
- Keep the CRM current with notes, lead status, and follow-up tasks.
- Meet regularly with your manager for daily standups and guidance.
- Share insights from lead interactions to help refine overall strategy.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handoffs.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency; native preferred (slight accent acceptable with excellent communication).
- Confident and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging marketing executives like CMOs and VPs.
- Familiarity with ClickUp and/or Apollo.io or similar outreach and CRM tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven work style.
Nice to Have
- Background in marketing, advertising, or experience working with ad agencies.
- Experience using tools like Apollo, Seamless.AI, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
