Phiture is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our field sales team. This is a phone-based, performance-driven role ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Gather business intelligence and identify key decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls to decision makers to set appointments.
- Accurately log all activity in the CRM.
- Hit or exceed clear daily and weekly performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong phone skills and professional communication.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate with influential business leaders up to the VP level.
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access.
- Must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
