Next Level Exchange is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to begin a career in executive search. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in recruiting. You'll start with new client development and evolve into managing both clients and candidates, with a clear path to becoming a full-desk recruiter.
What You'll Do
- Identify, research, and prospect new client opportunities within targeted industries
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Learn the executive search process from end to end
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership to understand client needs
- Gradually take on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement responsibilities
- Work toward managing a full recruitment desk as part of your career progression
