Uptalent.io is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our sales development initiatives. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and contributing directly to our sales goals. This role is central to our growth as we expand our innovative remote talent platform.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential clients who align with our target market and service offerings.
- Generate leads and contact key decision-makers using cold calling, emailing, and social media.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Manage and prioritize leads efficiently using CRM software to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales forecasts.
- Conduct initial meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales development efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
