About the Role

Parent ApS is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in North American markets. As a Senior SDR, your mission is to connect with key decision-makers and book qualified meetings for the Account Executives Team.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling and email to spark interest, start conversations, and build relationships.
  • Identify and qualify key decision-makers across target accounts.
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Leverage sharp communication skills and a consultative approach to book meetings within brief, high-impact phone conversations.
  • Secure high-quality meetings for the Account Executives Team by clearly communicating our value proposition.
  • Handle objections with confidence and persistence, maintaining professionalism while pushing past initial resistance to secure appointments.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to reach Executive Directors and other senior stakeholders.
  • Exercise determinism and persistence in nurturing relationships over extended sales cycles, sometimes up to a year of strategic follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Head of the Function and the AE Team on outreach strategies and ideal customer profiles.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the company's CRM.
  • Consistently hit monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified leads.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
  • Availability for the role that operates on Eastern Time Zone working hours.
  • Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders across the North American market.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Resilient, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed.

Work Mode
