Reef was looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote

Reef is looking for a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound revenue generation for our scaling B2B company. You will own complete campaigns targeting decision-makers and manage everything from prospect research through to qualified handoffs.

What You'll Do

  • Own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers.
  • Manage everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
  • Generate 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles.
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills.
  • Fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role.
  • A quiet working environment.
  • A good quality microphone or headset.
