Pallon is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the crucial first contact for potential customers and fuel our growth. In this foundational sales role, you will identify new business opportunities, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential leads using LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events.
- Qualify leads against defined criteria like company size, industry, budget, and authority.
- Manage and track all lead activity accurately in a CRM.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Craft compelling, personalized messages that communicate Pallon's value proposition.
- Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align strategies.
- Report on activity metrics and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Stay current on industry trends and Pallon's offerings.
- Participate in training to enhance your sales skills.
- Contribute to developing best practices and improving processes.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a German Native Speaker.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to craft compelling, tailored messages.
- Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
