Parker Group Inc is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our front-line outbound sales efforts. In this entry-to-growth role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives, with clear opportunities for career advancement.
What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outreach via cold/warm email campaigns, SMS follow-ups, cold calling, and LinkedIn/social media engagement.
- Research, identify, and prioritize high-fit leads in ecommerce and DTC.
- Use automation tools to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
- Run initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit.
- Book and confirm high-quality meetings for the AE team.
- Provide Account Executives with context and notes for seamless handoffs.
- Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM.
- Track daily outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked.
- Submit weekly reports and share insights to help refine strategy.
- Work closely with AEs and Sales Leadership to align on goals and tactics.
- Participate in role-play sessions, trainings, and feedback loops.
- Continuously test and refine messaging to improve conversion.

- 1–2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (or a strong interest in breaking into tech sales).
- Excellent communication skills—clear, personable, and persuasive.
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Driven by performance, learning, and career growth.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Hubspot, Apollo, or similar outreach tools.
- Familiarity with ecommerce, DTC brands, or fintech.
- Prior SDR or cold outreach experience.
