Role Overview
This is a remote position supporting high-growth startups in executing go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies. As a Growth & Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in driving visibility and engagement through coordinated marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of inbound marketing campaigns, including content coordination, SEO optimization, and social media publishing
- Assist in outbound initiatives such as building targeted prospect lists, managing outreach sequences, and scheduling follow-ups
- Help produce and share content across professional networks like LinkedIn, X, and Reddit to build audience engagement
- Monitor performance across campaigns and contribute to reporting on key growth metrics
- Collaborate with the growth team to test and refine go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
We're looking for someone early in their career with 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or growth roles. A genuine interest in content-driven growth, lead generation, and digital outreach is essential.
Proactive thinking and curiosity are critical—this role is designed for someone eager to learn by doing and grow alongside scaling organizations.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. If you haven't used them before, a strong willingness to learn quickly is required.
