eCom Babes is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the sales funnel for our remote team. You will focus on qualifying inbound leads and booking high-quality calls into closers' calendars.
What You'll Do
- Manage, re-engage, and qualify inbound leads through SMS, calls, voice notes, and CRM follow-up
- Own your pipeline: organize daily outreach and ensure consistent follow-through
- Book high-intent, high-quality sales calls into the team calendar
- Identify buyer readiness, objections, and disqualifiers quickly
- Track activity, update CRM, and report progress daily
- Collaborate with sales manager and closers to improve show-up and close rates
- Meet or exceed weekly performance KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in a full-time SDR, phone setter, or appointment-setting role
- Background in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or digital programs
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Close.io, Hubspot, etc.)
- Consistent availability during U.S. business hours (EST/PST)
- Proven ability to manage high lead volume and meet booking targets
- Serious about performance, process, and personal accountability
