Smart Apartment Data is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is for a driven individual ready to execute daily outbound prospecting to U.S.-based business professionals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Run structured discovery conversations
- Qualify opportunities and set meetings
- Handle objections professionally
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up cadence
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of outbound SDR/BDR experience, including cold calling
- Experience conducting live discovery calls
- Clear, structured verbal communication
- Professional composure under pressure
- Demonstrated job stability
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: CA$40,000 - CA$60,000 per year

This is a remote position open to candidates located within Canada.
