Smart Apartment Data is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. This role serves as a professional entry point into B2B SaaS sales, perfect for early-career and graduate candidates eager to build strong sales fundamentals through communication, discovery, and process-driven execution.
What You'll Do
- Execute discovery calls to share our value proposition, ask standardized questions, and secure deep-dive meetings for the account executive.
- Make calls, send emails, and craft LinkedIn messages to prospects generated by various outside sources.
- Identify decision-makers in prospect businesses, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions using approved materials.
- Set deep-dive meetings and demos for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to engage.
- Ensure successful follow-through by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in our CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort speaking with professionals in a U.S. business environment.
- Academic, internship, or customer-facing experience.
- Interest in building a career in B2B SaaS sales.
Nice to Have
- Prior sales or SDR experience is helpful but not required.
- Customer-facing or internship experience is highly valued.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: CA$40,000 - CA$60,000 per year.
