Paired is hiring an Inside Sales Representative (B2C) to sell subscription-based home services to residential homeowners. You will handle inbound customer inquiries to sell window cleaning subscriptions, closing deals in a short sales cycle while maintaining accurate pipeline tracking.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound phone calls, text messages, and emails from residential prospects
- Sell subscription-based window cleaning services (B2C)
- Close deals in a short sales cycle, often in a single call
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and lead follow-up
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound inquiries
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- Great written and spoken English
- B2C sales experience
- Strong closing skills and comfort with one-call closes
- High attention to detail in lead tracking and follow-up
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to hit targets
- Comfortable working with performance-based compensation
Nice to Have
- Phone-based or inbound sales experience
- Potential to grow into a Sales Manager role
