Elevate and Delegate is looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to own and optimize high-impact PPC campaigns across multiple clients. You'll join a results-driven digital agency where you'll thrive on data, results, and remote autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
- Own daily performance and hit CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets
- Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
- Create and maintain dashboards using tools like AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, and more
- Collaborate with account managers and creative teams
- Present performance updates and recommendations directly to clients
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital-marketing agency
- Advanced Google Ads expertise in Search, Display, and Performance Max, including writing creative, compelling copy
- Proven success in both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills—you're fluent in data
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
