ReWorks Solutions is hiring an Intake Specialist (ABA Therapy) to be the supportive first point of contact for families beginning their therapy journey. In this remote role based in South Africa, you will work U.S. hours to guide families through the intake process with clarity and empathy.

What You'll Do

Respond to intake inquiries via phone, email, and web forms promptly and professionally.
Guide families of autistic children through the intake and onboarding process with empathy and clarity.
Collect and review client documentation, including diagnosis reports and insurance forms.
Schedule assessments and initial consultations.
Maintain accurate records using practice management software.
Collaborate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams.
Follow up with families to ensure timely completion of all intake steps.

Previous experience in a healthcare, therapy, or ABA setting.
Experience with insurance verification or working with funding bodies.
