Reef is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound revenue generation for our scaling B2B company. You will own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers, managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
What You'll Do
- Own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers.
- Manage everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
- Generate 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles.
- Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills.
- Fast and reliable internet connection.
- Your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role.
- A quiet working environment.
- A good quality microphone or headset.
