Huzzle is looking for a Sales Development Representative to focus on outbound prospecting to generate sales opportunities for our B2B clients. You will be central to identifying and qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and managing a pipeline using modern CRM tools.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
- Build and manage a lead pipeline using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or other CRM platforms.
- Conduct targeted research and craft personalized outreach for key buyer personas.
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
- Monitor key activity metrics, report weekly performance, and continuously optimize outreach based on data insights.
- Keep current on SaaS trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation.
- Proven track record in cold outreach and meeting KPIs like booked meetings or qualified leads.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in a remote work environment.
- Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Self-driven and goal-focused, able to work independently or with remote teams.
- Tech-savvy with a natural curiosity for learning and explaining SaaS products.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
