Huzzle’s Client is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will be responsible for booking discovery calls, building a pipeline, and supporting sales teams for a variety of clients in the B2B space.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Research target industries, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs such as meetings booked and lead conversion rate.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- 1+ year experience in a B2B outbound sales or lead generation role.
- Experience using CRMs and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or Outreach).
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage 100+ calls per day.
- Tech-savvy, coachable, and eager to grow within a high-performance sales team.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
