About the Role

Huzzle’s Client is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will be responsible for booking discovery calls, building a pipeline, and supporting sales teams for a variety of clients in the B2B space.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Research target industries, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs such as meetings booked and lead conversion rate.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • 1+ year experience in a B2B outbound sales or lead generation role.
  • Experience using CRMs and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or Outreach).
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage 100+ calls per day.
  • Tech-savvy, coachable, and eager to grow within a high-performance sales team.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
