Huzzle is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting efforts for emerging markets. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, collaborating directly with Account Executives to build and optimize the sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Handle 80–120 calls per day while maintaining high professionalism and empathy.
- Use CRM systems to track outreach activity, update deal stages, and ensure data accuracy.
- Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and potential fit.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies and optimize pipeline conversion.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation, qualified meetings booked, and sales activity volume.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with high outbound call volume.
- Proven ability to use CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage pipelines and record activity.
- Strong written English and confident speaking on discovery calls.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Own reliable laptop or computer with stable WiFi.

- Experience preferably in B2B.
