Huzzle's Client is hiring a Sales Development Representative to focus on generating pipeline through prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for Account Executives. You'll receive training on tools, be tested on outbound capabilities, and be matched with a high-growth company.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and maintain a high follow-up cadence.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates through A/B testing and data analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage 100+ calls per day and drive high-volume outreach.
- Familiarity with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and adaptability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or agency environments is a strong plus.
