About the Role

Huzzle's Client seeks a Business Development Representative to connect B2B sales professionals with global technology companies. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling critical meetings to fuel the sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to key decision-makers.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Use CRM tools to track activities and pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong understanding of prospecting strategies, lead nurturing, and cold outreach best practices.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Based in Mexico.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS experience is a plus.
