Huzzle is looking for a Sales Development Representative to fuel the sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting. You will identify, contact, and qualify B2B leads for high-growth companies, acting as the critical first touchpoint in the sales cycle.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and qualify B2B leads, ensuring they meet ideal customer profiles.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Founders.
- Execute structured outreach cadences using modern sales tools.
- Track activity and pipeline data in CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR roles.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings and generating pipeline via cold outreach.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills in English (written & spoken).
- Confident cold caller with the resilience to handle rejection.
- Skilled in CRMs, email automation, and prospecting tools.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
- Fully remote-ready: stable internet, noise-free workspace, and reliable laptop.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
