What You'll Do
You'll focus primarily on outbound prospecting, spending the majority of your time making calls and sending emails to small and medium-sized businesses. Your goal is to introduce them to the company’s software, spark interest, and schedule qualified demos for Account Executives. You’ll also play a key role in trade show campaigns—reaching out to attendees before events, encouraging booth visits, and following up afterward to keep leads engaged.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in high-volume, outbound environments. You should have a history of meeting or exceeding targets and be comfortable making over 200 outbound calls per day. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for connecting with decision-makers. Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is required, as is the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting. You must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM EST and have a reliable internet connection with minimal latency.
