About the Role

EvenUp is looking for a Sales Development Representative I to join our team focused on the Southeast region. In this role, you will grow the top of our sales funnel through targeted outbound campaigns and generate sales-ready meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll be part of a company using technology and AI to close the justice gap.

What You'll Do

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel through strategic cold outbound campaigns.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp can solve their business problems.
  • Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies to secure them.
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide the best content and first impressions for new customers.
  • Research companies and add qualified prospects to our outbound list.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within our CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ months of experience in a Sales Development role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
  • Experience generating outbound leads.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team & Environment

You will partner closely with cross-functional Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure new customers have an excellent first impression.
