About the Role

EvenUp is looking for a Sales Development Representative I for the Midwest region to fuel our sales pipeline. In this role, you will execute strategic outbound campaigns to identify and qualify new opportunities, helping us advance our mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel through targeted cold outbound campaigns.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
  • Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and effectively communicate how EvenUp can solve their business problems.
  • Identify high-potential areas of growth and develop corresponding outbound strategies.
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide excellent first impressions for new customers.
  • Research companies and add qualified prospects to our outbound list.
  • Maintain accurate client relationship data within our CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ months of experience in a Sales Development role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
  • Experience generating outbound leads.
  • Hands-on CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team & Environment

You will partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and provide a cohesive experience for prospects.
