We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will research potential clients, connect with and educate German-speaking prospects, and qualify leads in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
- Research, document and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce
- Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
- Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
- Perform other duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals
- Organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills
- Proficient with technology
- Able to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks
