About the Role

Quadient is seeking a German and English speaking Sales Development Representative to launch their sales career. This remote role is designed for individuals ready to build a foundation for top sales performance by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects.
  • Generate value for potential customers and book product demonstration webinars and calls.
  • Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections.
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won from your meetings.
  • Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role.

What We're Looking For

  • 0 to 1 year of sales or professional experience.
  • Fluent in German & English.
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales.
  • Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths.
  • Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the Management team and Senior Salespeople.
