Paired is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a client company, a U.S.-based wholesale e-commerce distributor. In this role, you will be critical for expanding the client base and revenue streams through proactive outreach and relationship building.
What You'll Do
- Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into wholesale customers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-up.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with new wholesale customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies across Discord, social media, email, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling sales messaging tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Identify and engage with potential customers on relevant industry platforms.
- Build strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Track conversion rates across different acquisition channels.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to leadership.
- Optimize sales processes based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment for new clients.
- Coordinate with customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in e-commerce, wholesale, or B2B distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Discord, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital outreach tools.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in wholesale distribution or e-commerce industry.
- Background in B2B sales with experience selling to retailers/resellers.
