Paired is looking for a Sales Development Representative for a US-based client company. This remote position is key to driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to fuel the sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates on the CRM to track performance and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better position services.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Experience conducting cold outreach and generating leads via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track communications.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
