Deel is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Enterprise based in Taiwan to drive growth by breaking into new accounts and building relationships across all levels of target customer segments. You will be a key player in identifying and developing leads to fuel our expansion.
What You'll Do
- Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.
- Learn from our sales team and help build out our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
- Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
- Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Taiwan.
- Native level Mandarin along with fluent English speaking skills.
- Previous experience of covering mainland China region.
- Comfortable with outbound and cold calling.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
- You are smart and work hard.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset.
- You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
- You have worked for an HR or Fintech company, preferred.
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup, preferred.
- You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team, preferred.
